Notice of Public Hearings The Bennington County Regional Commission (BCRC) will hold a public hearing at 6:15 PM on Thursday, July 17, 2025 at 1072 Warm Brook Road, Arlington, VT 05250 to consider approval of the Manchester Town Plan and North Bennington Village Plan pursuant to 24 VSA Sections 4350. The BCRC will consider comments at the hearing regarding conformance with the statutory requirements for a municipal plan and will vote to approve the plans if found to meet those requirements. The BCRC will then convene a second public hearing to consider and vote on the question of whether the Manchester Town Plan meets the standards for a determination of energy compliance pursuant to 24 VSA Section 4352.
