The Bennington Housing Authority is seeking proposals for a three (3) year on call Plumbing service contract beginning May 1, 2024. The successful Contractor will provide all equipment, material and labor for plumbing services and repairs on Bennington Housing Authority owned and managed properties; including Willowbrook Apartments (75 units), Beech Court Apartments (20 units), Brookside Apartments (50 units), and Walloomsac Apartments (50 units). This contract does not include plumbing work in new construction. The Bennington Housing Authority does not guarantee a minimum value of this contract.
