Install equipment in 1936 building: . Create healthy airflow within the 1936 building through new mechanical HVAC equipment. Including the use of electric-sourced heat pumps for cooling and heating, replacement of: HRV ventilation equipment, install new boiler in 1865 building, any required ductwork, upgrade to electrical systems, and system controls. . Electrical building upgrades to accommodate any new equipment. . Repairs to areas opened during the course of renovations . Interior repairs, patching, and painting in areas disturbed by the project.
