Mobile Home Park Inc., is a Vermont corporation with a place of business in the Town of Bennington, Vermont. 2. Plaintiff is a "mobile home park owner," as defined by 10 V.S.A. 6201(7), of a mobile home park known as "White Birch Mobile Home Park" located on Barney Road within the Town of Bennington and County of Bennington, Vermont ("the Park"). 3. The name and last known mailing address of the lessee with White Birch Mobile Home Park is Tammy Sharby, Lot 17, Barney Road, Bennington, Vermont 05201. 4. The Project consists of the replacement of the majority of the HVAC and mechanical equipment within the building as well as upgrades to insulation, windows and doors. This will include utilizing electric-sourced heat pumps for cooling and heating, replacement of: boilers, HRV ventilation equipment, replaced air handling units, required ductwork, and system controls. Insulation and air seals in the walls, floors and ceiling where possible and also in the attic area. Insulate and air seal the windows and doors.
