BENNINGTON SELECT BOARD NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AMENDMENT TO BENNINGTON LAND USE & DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS The Bennington Select Board will conduct a Public Hearing on May 11, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at the Town of Bennington Fire Facility, 3rd Floor, 130 River Street, Bennington, Vermont, to consider an amendment to the Bennington Land Use & Development Regulations (LUDR). A. STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: The purpose of the amendment is to amend the LUDR maps applicable to a portion (approximately 27 acres) of the Rural Conservation District on Willow Road at the request of the owner. The proposed amendment will rezone one parcel from the Rural Conservation District to the Rural Residential District. B. AREA COVERED The proposed amendment impacts a portion (approximately 27 acres) of the Rural Conservation District north of State Route 279 and east of U.S. Highway 7 that is adjacent to the Apple Hill subdivision. C. SECTIONS PROPOSED TO BE AMENDED Zoning Maps of the Land Use & Development Regulations. D.
